Michelle received both her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology and Master of Science in Speech Pathology degrees from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Since then she has worked at Hazel Bland Promise Center – a school for severely and profoundly disabled children, St. Louis City Public School District and Lincoln County/Troy School District. Michelle recently received her Master of Educational Administration degree from Missouri Baptist University.
Michelle has been working as a SLP for 13 years. She has been working for the Lincoln County/Troy R-III school district for the past 10 years and for the past 3 years has served as both a Speech Language Pathologist and the Early Childhood Process Coordinator. Michelle joined Crislip Speech Therapy in October 2012. Michelle has experience working with children with expressive and receptive language disorders, apraxia of speech and articulation/phonological disorders. Michelle uses a variety of techniques and programs during therapy sessions.
Current Certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, Missouri Teaching Certificate, and Missouri License from the Missouri Board of Healing Arts.
